FNP UCSF Tahoe cabin rental?

Hello FNPs!
I just got word from my classmate from last year (Lindsey) that UCSF will be taking student reservations for their Tahoe cabin on October 23rd (please read message below). The cabins are large and cost about $310/night depending on weekend or weekday rental. I would suggest we try to rent it for a weekend (or maybe two different weekends) during Winter quarter (January, February, March). Weekend rentals require Friday and Saturday night reservations (which actually could work nicely for us, since at least we don't have class on Fridays!). Students are welcoming to bring partners/friends and then we would just divide up the cost per person per night. BUT I think we have to pay in advance...
Anyways, I'm willing to organize and find out all the logistics if people are interested!
To collectively agree on some dates please visit the google document I've created ( Tahoe cabin- name/choose your dates! . I will send an invitation to the document right after I send this). The first three people on the document can propose a weekend date (I've proposed one already) and then the rest of us can sign up for what weekend we would prefer- the top 1 or 2 choices will be the ones I can ask Kirk Mclaughlin about reserving. Go ahead and check out the document, then email me if you have further questions (try not to reply to the entire group, my email is ksto...@gmail.com ) .

I wanted to send out a little reminder about the UCSF Tahoe cabin! The
season for renting it out is coming up so if anyone is interested, contact
Outdoor Programs to make arrangements with Outdoor Programs Supervisor Kirk
Mclaughlin . At this point, I am not personally planning to
organize any class trips this season, but anyone is welcome to plan and
organize a trip!
Some basic info:
OUTDOOR PROGRAMS TAHOE CABINS

exclusively available to UCSF students, staff, and fitness center members.
These beautiful Tahoe homes feature fully equipped kitchens, large living
rooms, and ample sleeping quarters for large groups. Located in
Tahoe-Donner, these homes are conveniently located near North Tahoe's best
ski areas. Reservations are available from December through April and sell
out quickly.
Due to the popularity of these cabins, the following dates have been
scheduled for first-come first served reservations at both Parnassus and
Mission Bay Fitness Centers. After which reservations can be made by
appointment only. Please call to make an appointment.
