I've just begun using EGAN and keep receiving a JAVA error that was mentioned in earlier posts, but not resolved for Windows 7 operating systems running the latest JAVA 7.  Below is the error message.  I would greatly appreciate suggestions.

java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 0

Thank you,

Thanks for posting,

I'm not sure this is a Java 7 incompatibility bug.  I'm guessing that there is an issue with the experiment file or mapping file that you currently have specified.  Can you send a sample of the file(s)?

Best,

Jesse

Hello,

was this problem finally solved? I am getting almost the same error with MacOS (Mavericks 10.9.2) and the latest java 7.
I would be grateful if anyone could give me hints about this.

Thanks,
A.

Well this isn't the typical Java 7 problem.  It likely has to do with the mapping file that you have specified - have you chosen your own mapping file?  If so, can you send a sample of that file?

Best,

Jesse
