gene list attributes not loading

Hello EGAN Team

I am loading a tab-delimited file with 3 columns: Entrez_IDs, Fold_Change, P_Value (each column has ~2000 entries).
However, upon loading, I find only the Entrez_IDs while column 2 (Fold_Change) and Column 3 (P_Values) do not load.

Please excuse me if my query is of a basic nature and help me resolve the same.

Hi Manu,

Do you have a header row as the first line in your tab-delimited file?  Are you making sure to select the Entrez ID mapping file?  Are you using the version of EGAN appropriate to the species under study?

I think we should be able to solve your problem fairly quickly.
