Move Bibliography pages to bottom center of pages

Hi,

The dissertation format checking person asked me to move the page number of the bibliography to the bottom center of the page for that section. I have no idea how to do this in latex (im using the 'UCSD Mathematics Dissertation' template.

Any ideas much appreciated.
