Adding list of supplementary files

Hi all!

I have some supplementary movie files that go with my thesis. I dont need to embed them in the pdf or anything - they get uploaded separately on proquest.

But, I do need to create a "List of supplementary files" - similar to how we need to include a list of figures/list of tables. 

Any guidance on how to do this would be much appreciated!
