Updated Signature Page

Does anyone have a quick fix for the new signature page format (no signature lines).

This might be too late but I deleted everything from https://github.com/ucsd-thesis/ucsd-thesis/blob/master/ucsd.cls#L554 lines 554 to 595 and it looks reasonable.
