single spacing in figure captions and bibliography, sample tex file

Hey all,

I just had my preliminary appointment (MAE, Engineering Physics) with Van, and using the most recent template.tex file on github addressed most of my formatting issues.

I only had trouble getting the bibliography to be single-spaced, and needed to add a command (I think from the setspace package) to force single spacing in the bibliography environment:

\bibliographystyle{apsrev4-1} 

\singlespace

"
