We are pleased to announce that arrangements are in place to hold the first formal Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The University of Colombo School of Computing Alumni Association of Internal Graduates on the 8th October 2015 at 5.00 pm at UCSC Mini Auditorium.
The Constitution of the Alumni Association has been approved by the Academic Syndicate of UCSC and the Senate of University of Colombo.
The main purpose of the AGM will be appointing Execute Office Bearers for the Association. Please refer section of "Article VI" of the constitution (attached). We also need to appoint Committee Members, preferably to represent each batch. It would be great if you could discuss among yourselves beforehand regarding these appointments.
We would like to thank the representatives from each batch for participating in the discussions carried out so far that paved the way to hold the first AGM after the approval of the constitution.
We would like to invite all the past graduates of University Of Colombo School Of Computing to this meeting. Your valuable participation will be much appreciated.
