Donald Trump is in Violation of the Emoluments Clause, Article 1, section 9, of USA constitution, because his ownership interest, in a hotel across the street from the WHITE HOUSE, rents to Arab OPEC Cartel diplomats and constituencies

Not to be confused with Titles of Nobility Amendment.
"Foreign Emoluments Clause" redirects here. For other uses, see Emoluments Clause.

The Title of Nobility Clause is a provision in Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the United States Constitution,[1] that prohibits the federal government from granting titles of nobility, and restricts members of the government from receiving gifts, emoluments, offices or titles from foreign states without the consent of the United States Congress. Also known as the Emoluments Clause, it was designed to shield the republican character of the United States against so-called "corrupting foreign influences." This shield is reinforced by the corresponding prohibition on state titles of nobility in Article I, Section 10, and more generally by the Republican Guarantee Clause in Article IV, Section 4.[2]

President Donald J. Trump, has converted a formally United States Post Office building he owns, and is located across the street from the White house, into a high priced hotel and brothel for foreign diplomats and businessman ideologically aligned with the OPEC cartel and possibly communist china. According to the Emoluments clause of the US Constitution, it is illegal for the President to receive payments or gifts from foreign actors representing foreign governments, since acts have been constitutionally defined as bribery, Campaign Financing system) illegal if contributions come from a foreign power.

The Title of Nobility Clause is a provision in Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the United States Constitution, that prohibits the president from receiving monies from representatives of foreign governments. Thus this is the second instance that proves that the GOP has violated the constitution of the USA.

"District Court Judge Peter J. Messitte in Maryland late last month issued a 52-page opinion that interpreted the text, original public meaning, and purpose of these dusty clauses and concluded, contrary to the Department of Justice’s argument, that “emoluments” are something with the “potential to unduly influence a public official,” a broad reading that gives legal life to the common-sense interpretation that representatives from, for example, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia (or Augusta), are not staying at the Trump Hotel for the room service but rather for the political influence they might gain by checking in."

Attorneys General seek documents regarding Trump hotel in case accusing president of violating constitution
Two attorneys general have asked Donald Trump for any of his correspondence with government officials regarding his hotel in Washington DC.

The district’s Attorney General Karl Racine and Maryland’s Brian Frosh made the request to the US District Court in Maryland.

It was part of a civil suit against the president, alleging he violated the emoluments clause of the US Constitution and is benefiting from foreign governments without Congress’ permission.

What is an Emolument?

The Foreign Emoluments Clause of the Constitution bars federal officials from accepting gifts or rewards from foreign government officials; the Domestic Emoluments Clause says the president cannot accept benefits from state goverments.

The hotel is just a stone’s throw from the White House and several visiting dignitaries and state officials appear to have stayed at the hotel as paying guests.

Mr Trump’s legal team has attempted to stop the case, but the judge, Peter Messitte, ruled in July 2018 that it can go forward. This is the first case involving the emoluments clauses to ever go to trial.

Since Mr Trump placed his assets in a blind trust before he took office, the attorneys general have asked for other documents as well.

Donald Trump is in violation of Article 1 section 9 of the USA Constitution's Emoluments clause, because he operates a formerly converted US Post Office into a hotel, that patronizes diplomats who are representative of the OPEC cartel, & the Chinese CCP!
