Inherently the question of impeachment of Donald Trump, resides with formal Discovery, and Freedom of Information act request, to see the tax documents. The argument within the GOP is that GOP argues that the individual mandate requires compulsory payment for national healthcare coverage, is an undue burden by requiring citizens to pay a tax if the don't register for health coverage, & Federal funding for Abortion.
The argument within the GOP is that GOP argues that the individual mandate requires compulsory payment for national healthcare coverage, is an undue burden by requiring citizens to pay a tax if the don't register for health coverage, & Federal funding for Abortion.The dualities can be resolved if Government funding for contraception, is made legal with full force of stare decisis in the individual mandate as opposed to the all or nothing abortion debate, that creates an underground black market for embryonic stem cell research.
With the addition of the European Union's commonly held definition of what constitutes the "Morning After Pill," taken within 2 weeks of intercourse by the female, renders the hypocrisy of both sides ongoing continuing positions regarding the relativity to derive a moral high ground for their positions in the abortion debate, with a provoked stand off, over the meaning of life under consumerist capitalism, and the right for a woman to terminate her pregnancy, under the doctrine of free will, and historical materialism for the value of the embryo.
With Contraception methods standardized under the Affordable Care Act, there is no need for the "Slippery Slope argument," to continue to agitate to legalize or ban abortion. That stalemate of a debate has stalled reform and implementation of joint private / public partnerships for healthcare coverage within the Federal government and the private exchange markets, and the passage of universal healthcare coverage for America.
