Shotokan Karate - Fridays in Martial Arts Room (5:30 pm)

UCSC Shotokan Karate will be having training at the East Field House
on Fridays from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. First training is Jan. 7th. 2011.

Newcomers are most welcome, even if you couldn't come last quarter. We
will also adjust to your experience.

Discipline from Shotokan karate strengthens your body and mind,
helping your studies and even burning calories. You will form healthy
bonds with your fellow students. Make karate a part of your college
life here.

We will see you in the Martial Arts Room on Friday the 7th, 5:30pm
