Is there any way that I can analyze the gene isoform information of CCLE cell lines? I found it is available for different cancer type dataset, while not CCLE cell line, using the TRANSCRIPTS panel. I am interested in the isoform information of specific genes in different cell line. Many thanks.

Hi Jiale,

Unfortunately this is not possible. The TRANSCRIPTS visualization only has data from the UCSC Toil RNAseq Recompute Compendium: https://xenabrowser.net/datapages/?host=https%3A%2F%2Ftoil.xenahubs.net. Additionally, we do not have transcript expression from CCLE.

Best,
Mary
