In the single cell hub, I noticed a dataset called "TCGA scRNAseq"

But when one clicks on the data or goes to visualize, there is no phenotype data available.
Is this a glitch and will these metadata be added back in?

Also, what is the source/publication of these data? I wasn't aware that there was any single-cell data from TCGA?

Thanks!
Krishna

Hi Krishna,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This dataset was actually labeled incorrectly. We are removing it for now.

Best,
Mary
