Hello
Some TCGA datasets were generated from rRNA-depleted RNA instead of polyA-enriched RNA. Is there a way to restrict my analysis to those samples? I'm working on a non-polyadenylated lncRNA.
Thank you
Ghislain

Hi Ghislain,

I would recommend contacting the GDC about this: https://gdc.cancer.gov/support.

Best,
Mary
