Questions related to the GDC MP2PRT-ALL database

Hello!  

 I want to know whether the  gene expression RNAseq   data of STAR-TPM in the GDC MP2PRT-ALL is the data before or after treatment for the patients. Because I saw that the phenotype wrote the initial diagnosis status, but the treatment status was written as Complete Response. So I'm very confused about whether the expression result of this data detection is before treatment or after treatment. Thank you!

Hello,

I believe they collected the initial sample from the patient before treatment and then continued to collect treatment information after, but you can check either the publication (https://ascopubs.org/doi/10.1200/JCO.23.02238) or the the GDC (https://gdc.cancer.gov/support) to be sure.
