Dear admin:
  I have recently been downloading TCGA-READ data but encountered some issues, as follows:
In the Phenotype file of TCGA-READ data downloaded from the GDC v18.0 Xena Hub, information on immunotherapy is included, as shown in Figure 1. However, the Phenotype file of the latest TCGA-READ data does not include this information, as shown in Figure 2. I would like to inquire about the reasons for the removal of this data. Can I still use the data from the GDC v18.0 Xena Hub for analysis?

Hello,

For the v18 data, we took clinical data from both the clinical data files on the GDC as well as the GDC API. For the v41 data we only took the clinical data from the GDC API.

You are welcome to use whichever data release you wish. As a note the v18 GDC data will only be available for visualization until October 2025. After October 2025 it will only be available for download.
