Hello,

I am currently creating KM plots for survival rates of various cancer patients with over/underexpression of CDK2 (csnk2a1, csnk2a2, csnk2ap, csnk2b).

When I created the KM plot, it gave me three lines (yellow, black, and gray). However, without the legends, I am not sure which line corresponds to what influence of the CDK2 gene (underexpression of the gene, overexpression of the gene, or normal amount of the gene). Is there any way I can find out about that?

Hi,

I'm a bit confused about your question. I am attaching a screenshot of the KM plot in Xena (random TCGA cohort) with a red square around the legend. For continuous values we split the samples into 3 approximately equal sized bins.

Please let me know if you are not seeing the legend, and if so, what your web browser and OS are.

Best,
Mary
