Dear UCSC Xena Team,
I am writing to report a technical issue regarding the "Transcripts" tab.
The issue occurs immediately when I click and navigate to the "Transcripts" view from the top menu, even before I enter or search for any specific gene. The page gets stuck completely on the initial loading screen with the message: "Loading available subtypes..." and becomes unresponsive.
Here are the details of my environment:
Browser: Google Chrome (ver. 149.0.7827.53)
Operating System: Windows 11
