Hello,

I am unable to generate any kind of visualization but am a new user. I have been trying to access legacy expression datasets relative to skin melanoma: eg. TGCA melanoma, or the Lin 2008 dataset. These are easy to select in the first column, although I see a permanentlyScreenshot.jpg turning wheel. Picking a gene of interest, where I'd want to observe expression levels according to the next column's variable, is also easy. But once I choose one of the options (cf image below), and press the Done button, I get only a blank page thereafter.

This occurs both on Edge and on Firefox, and on multiple computers. What am I doing wrong, please?

For that matter, even when following this tutorial to the letter:

Tutorial: Tumor vs Normal | User Help Pages

I do not see any samples ever load. I suppose the issue starts here.

Thanks for any assistance. It must be something trivial but I can't find what.

Hi Heather,

That is very strange. Are you able to directly connect to the data (here is an example): https://xenabrowser.net/datapages/?host=https%3A%2F%2Fgdc.xenahubs.net ? Can you try again in another physical location?

Typically we have the best support on Chrome, if you are able to try that as well.

If you are still not able to access the site even from another location, please let me know so we can further investigate.

Best,
Mary
