Missing RNA-seq Download Link for TCGA-READ Dataset on Xena

Dear Xena Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue I encountered while attempting to download RNA-seq data for the TCGA-READ cohort from the Xena platform. Unlike other TCGA cohorts, the TCGA-READ dataset does not appear to have a downloadable link for the RNA expression data. I have checked multiple times across different browsers to ensure it is not a local issue.

Could you please confirm whether the RNA-seq data for TCGA-READ is currently available? If so, I would greatly appreciate guidance on how to access or download it.

Hi Jammm,

There are 4 RNAseq datasets for TCGA READ ( https://xenabrowser.net/datapages/?cohort=TCGA%20Rectal%20Cancer%20(READ) ) and from my side I can see a download link for all of them.

Are you able to access the RNAseq data for other TCGA datasets? If so, can you send me one that you can see? Also, can you send me a link to the dataset download you are unable to see?
