Localization for the ucoop

Dear group members,
salam alaikum warahmatullahe wabarakatoho,

the new ucoop_jsV6 is now available on svn which i did localization for the registerMember and registerUniversity pages for pashto and dari languages the messages_fa.properties file has some strings in english Ustad Shafi will be translate these strings to Dari language then it will be visible. the remaining pages will be localize in next week inshallah have a nice time.
