New tasks assignment

Dear All,
here we go with the next week task assignments, please do your task as soon as possible, we had plan to finish the project in this current week but unfortunately couldn't.

So next week in regard of Localization we only take out the strings from the code in variables not translating them, I will ask Ralph and Christoph and put them inform what we are supposed to do but if it was a must from Ralph and Christoph then we have no alternatives and we should do the localization part completely, so currently we are only taking out the strings.

please take out the strings and put them in variables that could be accessible from outside from the following classes:

me : Thread Controller

saeed and qari: login controller + captcha

fareshteh and maryam: university controller + Testing of all controllers

view members: please take out all the strings out from the JSP pages if there are some

Wahaj: refinement of user manual according to the current project version

Naweed , Noor and Ibrahim: Documentation ( please is do it as fast as possible )

P.S: a question from saeed and qari Ismaiel:

          do we still need the search controller? if we don't need please inform all to not put time on that.
