Upgradation of training server

Dear Colleagues

You will be glad to know that the training server will be upgraded during third week of September 2014 . In this regard CSC has sought confirmation from RTCs stating that no Finacle training is going to be held after 20.09.2014.The training server will be upgraded during that period.

RTC,Ahmedabad is not conducting any programme from 21/09/2014 to 30/09/2014. Hence, we don't have any problem. Confirmation is already sent to CSC.

Sub : Clarification regarding UCO Gold Loan : Limit and repayment period

This is in reference with UCO Gold Loan circular no. CHO/Retail Banking/ 41 /2014-15 dt 24.09.14 wherein it
was mentioned that “Maximum loan amount for Loan against Gold Ornament for other than Agriculture purpose
will be Rs 3.00 Lacs, and repayment period can be maximum 12 months”.

As per last Master Circular on UCO Gold Loan, (CHO/Retail Banking/ 32/ 2012-13 dt 13.09.12) there are four
scheme under Gold Loan for customers.

1. LA804- (PS) Agriculture Loan up to Rs.3 Lacs

2. L804A- PS)Agriculture & Allied Activities Any amount

4. LA805- (NPS) Retail Assets Products Any amount
24 mth

We like to request for clarification that as per circular no. CHO/ Retail Banking/ 41
/2014-15 dt 24.09.14 , in Scheme code L804R (PS-Retail) and LA805 (NPS) , what will be the maximum
quantum of loan and what can be the maximum tenure of repayment?

In the same circular it has been mentioned that it is for bullet repayment, which was available for one lakh only. Now it has been enhanced to Three lakh. Other limits are same as per the master circular.
