ECS MANDATE MAINTENANCE

Before allowing a customer to use the facility of ECS , he should be enabled for this

purpose. Enabling of a customer for ECS is done at the account level. This can be done

either at the time of account opening or as part of account maintenance. This is

applicable for Savings/Current/Cash Credit/Overdraft/Loans/term Deposit Accounts.

This field is available in General Details of HOAACSB, HOAACCA, HOAACCC

HOAACOD, HOAACLA, HOAACTD menu options. YOU CAN ALSO MODIFY USING ACM menu-enter option-0-option and verify this.
