Reimbursement of cost of spectacle-spouse

While going through the Manager's Handbook-Bank's personnel policy section I found that reimbursement of eye checkup  is for employee and spouse(The circular number is CHO/PMG/43/2011-12 dated 26.12.2011).The said circulars says that cots of eye check up /cost of spectacle is for employee only from the age of 40 years . Earlier it was for spouse also.After this circular there is another circular CHO/PMG/29/12-13 dated 20.11.2012 in which the age has been reduced to 30 with minimum 5 years of service.In both the circulars nowhere it has been mentioned that cost of eye checkup/cost of spectacle will be reimbursed to the spouse. So my dear colleagues, have you any information regarding this. If any one has any information pl inform me.
