Yesterday we(me and Anil Sharma our new faculty member) talked to Naveen Jha regarding NIRP menu.It was told by Mr. Jha that the menu has been disabled due to mis-handling in returning/accepting neft messages.The fund which is to be returned is to be done as we send message normally(N 06).The details can be seen through NEFTMESG.

Today we had MIS workshop at our training center conducted by HO MIS dept. They discussed about MIS updation, Subsidy Management and PDADM menu to capture suit details and recovery proceedings on irregular and NPA accounts.

being a faculty member cbs we have greater role to play in this cbs environment. technology if mishandled creates havoc as it happened in case of neft bulk upload which was done twice by a branch. so we should cover all critical areas while taking cbs classes and educating people and onlocational training will definitely help to educate mass people

friends i had been to HO dit 2 days back and while discussion with dit people when any problem comes DIT is locking menus so that branches cannot proceed without permission of DIT for example neft bulk upload and now sanjeev is telling NIRP etc

Finacle system is allowing to post stale cheque in TM and also in CLEARING-ICTM.

Originally return message should be sent through N07 & should be processed aotomatically. If we manually send return message thru N06, it is wrong and there is chance of entering account  number wrongly while returning.
These factors should be considered by HO and final decision should be taken to block NIRP permanently.
