Replacement/Upgrade

I would like suggestions for a good site to purchase used laptops or notebooks.

With or without HDD.

I need to replace my Dell notebook running Linex, it was a Win 10 unit, however with only one memory slot I think it would make more sense to replace rather than to upgrade.
