Amateur radio (ham) license testing.

Good evening, all.

I know there are some in the group who already have their amateur radio (ham) license, but if anyone else may be interested, the Spartanburg Amateur Radio Club will have testing scheduled for Monday, October 12th, at the clubhouse located at 400 Glennwood Drive in Spartanburg, SC.

I just wanted to send this out in case there's any interest in amateur radio.

And yes, there are a lot of amateur radio programs that run just fine on Linux.

Oh nice, I just started studying for both tech and general I didn't realize there was a group somewhat local that did testing. I'll definitely try to get out that way if I don't end up taking a test earlier. Thanks for the info.
