In the form that they appeared on a slide in Aza Raskin's Google Tech Talk in 2007 those title was Away with Applications: The Death of the Desktop. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3UwZkKsWgc0 At the time Aza was at the company he founded Humanized those product was Enso.

- An interface shall not harm your content, or through inaction, allow your content to come to harm.

- An interface shall not waste your time or require you to do more work than is strictly necessary.

- An interface shall not allow itself to get into a state where it cannot manipulate content.

The first two appear in a slightly different form in Jef Raskin's The Humane Interface.

The patent I mentioned was Jef Raskin's Indicating potential focus in a user interface US10895965B2
