Just starting a thread here to see if there are people to follow or
organise with me an electronic music workshop and what they would be
interested in. The topic is pretty vast so I guess we would have to
focus on one or too specific aspects to start with. I'm comfortable
with the following topics : audio synthesis, sampling, sequencing/
mixing and DJing. I was thinking that a good start would be a session
on the basics of audio synthesis (at least the three main :
subtractive, additive and FM) with a practical part playing basic
software synthesizers or even creating one (using SynthMaker :
http://synthmaker.co.uk/). Unfortunately I haven't any hardware to
play with but if others wanna pitch in, they are more than welcome !

Great, some feedback ! Interested in attending or helping to organize ? If more people are interested, leave a message, I haven't abandoned the idea !

I'm interested!
I could maybe help with the electronics if we ever do hardware synths or effects.
best,
George
