Dear all,

Here is the upcoming schedule of events in handy .pdf format: keep for reference; print out and put up in labs, workshops and offices; make into origami dinosaurs; or digest, according to preference.

That was a challenge, right?

We moved it to allow the Slade to attend, but if we get extras as well, WIN!

Awesome.  I might have some recipes that I'd like to try liquid-nitrogen freezing; can we bring our own ingredients?  What equipment will there be?

Thanks!

Charlie

We would love you to bring your own ingredients, particularly if they are weird.

We will definitely have bowls, spoons, dewars, gloves and glasses for handing nitrogen (for safety reasons, the distribution of the nitrogen will be done by the Institute of Making staff).

What else do you feel would be useful?

Maybe a blender? And perhaps the staple ingredients, like sugar, cream/milk, maybe lemons? Looking forward to it!

I can bring my blending wand and I think sugar, cream, lemons is a shoo-in. I may bring some weirdo-gredients myself. Last time we made some amazingly good odd things.
