If anyone is interested. I'm sure they'd consider an RN license or interim permit over a phlebotomy  certificate.

Hey everyone!

For those of you who are interested in joining us on our upcoming Healing Hearts Across Borders (HHAB) trip to Tijuana, Mexico, please read the following email CAREFULLY!

HHAB is a non-profit organization that brings medical relief to impoverished neighborhoods inTijuana, Mexico four times each year. Medical students, pharmacy students, physicians, and volunteers host mobile medical clinics and distribute food, clothes, and toys. The trips are really fun and are a great way to meet other health students/professionals!

Our next trip will take place on August 8-10, 2013. If you are interested in coming, please email Maxine Inocencio at Maxine.I...@usc.edu as soon as possible to save your spot on the bus.

General Trip Information:

Please take the following into consideration before deciding to sign up:

We will leave Thursday, August 8th, around 7 PM on a bus down to Tijuana. We will hold clinics Friday and Saturday and head back to LA late Saturday night (Aug 10th).  We are staying in a hotel by the beach, which costs about $20 per person based on 4 people to a room.  We also ask for $50 to pay for the bus ride and a few meals during the trip. You MUST have a valid US passport!! It is not necessary to speak Spanish. We are in need of 2 more phlebotomists for this trip so spread the word to your phlebotomist friends!!

Again, feel free to email me with any questions you may have!
