Hey Everyone,

As I mentioned in ACT class yesterday, we will be having our first deep dive session with second year Mike Payton speaking to the group about debt markets and his firm ACORE Capital. Mike was able to turn his academic internship into a summer position and now into a full time role, so he can give you all some good insight into navigating the real estate recruiting process.

Balance sheet lenders, like ACORE, are in a very interesting space of the real estate industry. Mike will be discussing the integral role lenders play in real estate transactions, the different types of lending that exist, and go through how they analyze a sample deal.

Event will be Tue 10/11 @ 8pm in room D313
