I graduated from Anderson last year and currently work at a private equity firm in Brentwood. We are working with one of our limited partners in the coworking space to raise capital and acquire properties that will be renovated and leased out as creative office space. The company is called The Park and currently has one coworking location in Downtown Los Angeles (http://thepark.life). The company was founded by two successful real estate entrepreneurs and they are currently looking to acquire more properties to renovate for coworking purposes.

 

We are looking for a part-time intern to help out on a project with the financial modeling of potential acquisitions. We specifically are targeting candidates with prior real estate acquisition experience who also have extensive modeling experience. This would be a paid internship with flexible hours and potential for a full-time position after the Company raises the first round of capital.
