We are in the midst of implementing a new software tool which will help us manage our investors, investor relationships, and track our investments. The implementation will take about 6 months and I am looking for part time help from a Business School student with interest in Real Estate to act as project manager for the implementation.
The student will be exposed to the following real estate concepts during his internship:
1) Reviewing Partnership Agreements to determine promote calcs
2) Creating excel models to run the promote calcs
3) Understanding different Partnership Structure including Partnerships, Tenancy-In-Common and LLC’s
4) Anything else we want to add?
We would like a commitment from the Student to dedicate 5-10 hours a week and we are offering $40 per hour.
