This is a great position for anyone looking to get experience in real estate and learn about venture capital at the same time.

Position  -  Full-time for the summer, with the possibility to continue part-time through the remainder of the year.

Position description  -  We are in growth mode, so the usual stuff. Deck prep for the next fund raise, analysis of expansion opportunities in and outside of LA, custom analysis / reporting of current operations.

Candidate background - Undergrad business / econ / finance major or MBA, either currently in school or recent grads

Comp - $1,500 / month to $3,000 / month, depending on level of experience

Skills / candidate attributes - Excel, Keynote skills required. Detail oriented, mature, entrepreneurial a plus. Graphic design skills a plus. Statistics coursework a plus.
