Hi Everyone,

I updated a google document containing the draft for the RID
consitution. There are a lot of things we need to discuss, and to be
honest I believe it has more things what we need but lets just stick
to formality. I know that half of the articles in the constitution
are not going to be used, but it is useful to have them there. Please
take some time to look over and take leadership in writing one article
or one section. I think the most important things to add right now is
article I Section B.

Hopefully we get some input in the next couple of days!
