Natcar WIki, Short Survey

Hey everyone,

For everyone and especially for the newcomers: we are planning a crash-
course in natcar essentials! The goal by the end is to slowly build up
a working natcar prototype from scratch. We have a wiki that has an
initial outline of what is covered.

The wiki is to be populated by previous members, and supposed to be
solid reference for new designs. So, if you are already a member from
the previous years: start contributing! Key contents from the 184D
reports would be an useful start.
