freetype+fontconfig 的 sample code

Hi All,
最近在整理 ucimf 裡字型相關的實作時，survey 了一下字型相關的技術資訊。
覺得 FbTerm 裡的字型機制實作的很棒，支援主流的 freetype+fontconfig 的架構，介面也很精簡。
於是，在 ucimf 重構與測試時，就順手整理了一段 sample code 出來[1] 分享出來，希望對有需要的人有幫助 :-)
btw, libucimf 預計會在 2.3.0 時也引用 fbterm 的結果，加入 fontconfig+freetype 的支援。
