안녕하세요

이슈가 있어서 자료를 검색을 해보니 서비스를 재시작 말을 하는데 어떤 서비스인지 정확히 몰라서 이렇게 올려봅니다.

찾은 내용이

1st step is to restart the AC service on the servers.  If you still have low heartbeat, restart the CTI service as well. (Personally, I would just restart both anyway but you can try one at a time to see if it clears up).  From there, you'll need to likely relaunch any AC consoles (you should do this after step 1 anyway).  Then take a look.  If you still have an issue, we'd have to take it from there.

이중에 AC service를 restart를 하라고 하는데 AC service가 먼지 몰라서 이렇게 글을 올립니다.

아시는 분 있으면 답변 부탁드립니다.

정확한 출처를 공유해 주세요.. 단순히 AC 라고 하면 Attendant Console 밖에 않떠오르네요.. ㅋㅋ
