Feedback: Events thats outside a meeting

When I use the events I don't receive the internal.presence.add and
internal.presence.delete.

I think it's because I'm launch the events puller from the object
meeting which is preformated for a specified meeting and request /
events/{meeting}.

How do you launch startLoop to retrieve all events (/events/) ?
