Finalizing party registration, food sign-ups etc.

As the party date is quickly approaching, and us, the organizers have been working hard in bringing the coolest party to all of us, we ask for your co-operation with the following:

1. Last day to register for the party is this Friday 10/17.

2. Payment of $10/person or $20/family is due immediately by this Friday also. We need working capital to cover $500 rental cost, purchase utensils and party prizes etc.

Note: please help us avoid the hassle of collecting $, especially at the party. Payment can be mailed, paid via Paypal, or paid directly to me, c My Xuan, or Juliet. Payment instruction can be found from the sign-up sheet.

3. If you registered as "Maybe", please change it by this Friday. After Friday, your names will be removed from the list.

4. Please sign up for foods in the food column. The place doesn't have kitchen or even microwave, so if your foods need warm-up, please bring a food warmer. Otherwise, please bring foods that can be consumed at room temperature. If you have an electric food warmer, or a small microwave that can be brought to the party, it'd be greatly appreciated.

5. Song registration is closed. For the first time, we have an overwhelming number of songs registered that will outrun the program! Also it's the first time we have more singers than musicians, a good thing.

[Spoiler alert: we have invited several singers from other organizations to join us this time, some you may have seen ...., hence more singers than musicians]
