Hello all,
Are you ready for the upcoming exciting and fun party? The organizers, have prepared an excellent program for you to enjoy a wonderful night!
Place: Câu Lạc Bộ Văn Nghệ - 111 E. Gish Road, San Jose, CA 95112 - (408) 759-9338
Date: Saturday, 10/25
Time: 6:00pm - midnight (Arrive 5:30-5:45pm, Dinner 6pm, show starts right after dinner)
Parking: on the right side and also in the back of the club.
We would like to remind you a few things:
1. Please sign up for foods and drinks. Be specific. Bring microwave/oven if needed. Please indicate if you could bring a cooler (eg. Igloo) and ice.

2. Drinks should include juices, soda, beer, wine and wine cooler only. NO hard liquors.
3. Remind your non-member friends to send payment by end of Monday, 10/20.
For the ones who did not register but come to the party at last minute, you can pay at the door $25.00/couple or $15.00/person.
4. Volunteers needed for:
. Help set up at 5pm (3 persons) and clean up at the end (3 persons)
. Photograph: Take pictures for the group.
Volunteers and photographers, please write down short description (i.e.. set up volunteer, tear down volunteer, photographer)
5. Parents with kids: please keep an eye on them, and have them stay inside the premise.
6. Singers: Please print the following page and bring with you so that you know when is your turn:

Organizers will provide utensils (cup, bowls, plates, napkin and table cloths), bottled water.
