Hey all,
This week we're going to sharply shift gears and discuss some of the
evidence the New Atheists give for denying belief in God. To do this,
we'll read and critically examine a five-page article from the
philosophy magazine, Philosophy Now, entitled "Where is the
Evidence?" (It can be found here: http://www.philosophynow.org/issue78/Wheres_The_Evidence).
Please try to get to the reading beforehand, but if not we can quickly
read it at the beginning of the meeting.
So, please join us and feel free to bring friends, acquaintances, and
colleagues interested in the issues. We will meet Thursday February
24th, 2011 at 5 PM in KC 320.
