Need a place to stay for Winter & Spring quarter? I am looking for a
person (male and/or female) to take over my lease for one master
bedroom (out of four) at the Ramble Apartments from January 2012-
August 2012. Each bedroom has a private bathroom as well as a walk-in
closet. The rooms are brand new and clean!
Utilities, internet, and parking are already included in the rent.
Washer and dryer are provided as well as a refrigerator, microwave,
and a 42" tv. All appliances are energy efficient.

Amenities include a 24/7 study room and fitness center, a swimming
pool and hot tub, entertainment center, and movie rental/theater
located at the club house.

The bus stop is also a short distance from the apartment and the bus
is never crowded. It is also a 7 to 10 minute bike ride to campus.

You will be living with 3 other lovely girls in a 4 bedroom / 4
bathroom apartment
