Critical but constructive story
sometimes sad – sometimes funny
 
"GOOD MORNING, SIR" is about a country desperately trying to find its way between a form of Christianity and totally free market imposed by the West that is even tougher than anything Thatcher could have imagimed in here wildest dreams. The result is that, because of failing birth control programs, any kind of progress at all is wiped out by the soaring birth rate. In the Philippines just about anything is turned into stop-at-nothing business but who you may ask taught them ? In the Philippines medicines and consumption goods rank among the most expensive in the world. But why then are they always smiling ? They are so sweet, sir !
