Splash page. Never a good start.

Very graphic heavy, which doesn't handle well on a slow connection
(remember, not everyone has a high speed connection. Over a hundred fairly
large thumbnails in a gallery, which uses javascript linked to proprietory
software, i.e. Flash, to display the fan-manga - note that this is NOT a
site of manga, it is purely a site showing art after the style of manga -
isn't particularly friendly, especially on dial-up).

Uses style-sheets. Good. But you haven't added ALT tags to the graphics.
Not very accessible. But that's a quibble I'll save since that's the least
of your worries.

And, of course, you should have warned this group (umaa), which is English
speaking, that the site is in French.

Oh, and cross-posting isn't exactly going to win friends and influence
people either.
