Strange .forward behavior

Is there any reason why creating a .forward on the ISUN machines
wouldn't work given that all permissions/ownership are correct?

I have a user who's mailbox is on blue and can't seem to get it
working. A .forward works fine with my account. My mailbox
is on mailbox. Could this be the reason? I look over his file
and all looks good. I did this on Tuesday if that makes a difference.
