One of my users has a machine with the following problem:

When trying to view a PDF file with Netscape they get

There was an error while loading the plugin 'AFILL32.API'. Two plugins are
attempting to register with the same name.

If they click on OK it goes ahead and displays the file.

How do I unregister this other plugin? I'm using Communicator 4.5.

Hi, Curtis...

We just dealt with the same exact problem on my computer. The solution is to
uninstall any and all versions you may have of the Adobe Reader and
reinstall, preferably the new version 3.02.

Curtis,
I am using Netscape Communicator 4.07. However the procedure should be
about same.
a. Bring up your Communicator
b. Click on pull down Edit
c. Click on Preferences
d. Click on Applications under Navigator
You will get a list off applications registered with Communicator. You may
particular entry that you are interested in and make it point to the
application that works.
