I am checking possibilities of recruiting some engineering help in
assessing the accuracy, precision, and suitability of temperature
sensors like those used in the video linked from this site: the*lede*
.blogs.nytimes.com/.../a-new-airport-ritual-swine-flu-screening/
Info on the accuracy and precision of such temperature sensors is
likely
be of help locally to globally in helping control pandemics like flu
this Fall. There may be modest donor or other funds available to help
with some of the applied research.
